HTML Update

As you might have guessed from the title, I have figured out how to create an HTML version of the game!

Chronocide was one of my favourite jam games, and it is now playable in the browser.

Along with that I also added some quality improvements such as:

• Bosses pushing away players when colliding with them
• Made the laser correctly hit the clock in the tutorial
• Added extra particles and fixed some dialogue in the tutorial
• Improved performance and optimized code for web and windows build
• Created a mute button in the intro for if you don't want sound
